World War II Bomb Craters

This series features images of different World War II bomb craters in Kent and Norfolk. The idea I wanted to communicate through these photographs is that new life has been born out of destruction. These craters have been left and forgotten about in the 70 years since the war ended, resulting in them becoming overgrown. The farmers inability to work these areas of land has resulted in them being left to thrive on their own causing nature to form in what was once a place of ruin.
